Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WorkSathi, a time tracking and team monitoring service. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you have any question, write to us at Murtza9711@gmail.com.

1. The service

WorkSathi helps businesses track their remote team's work hours. Agents install the Windows timer app, switch it ON when they start work, and the owner or admin sees live hours, activity, screenshots, tasks and reports from a web dashboard and a manager app. Each business gets its own private workspace; data is never shared between workspaces.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done under your account.
  • The workspace owner (or admin) invites agents by email and approves their accounts. Only approved accounts can log in and track time.
  • If you monitor employees, you must inform them that monitoring is in use and comply with the laws that apply in your country or state. WorkSathi is not responsible for how an employer informs its team or for the employer's compliance with local law.

3. Plans, free trial and pricing

  • Every new workspace starts with a 3-day free trial with full access. No payment is needed to start the trial.
  • After the trial, the paid plans are: Monthly ₹249, 6-Month ₹219 and Yearly ₹199 per user per month, plus GST. These are introductory prices and may change; any change applies from your next billing period and we will inform you before it applies.
  • Prices are per user (per agent seat) in your workspace.

4. Payment

Payment is by UPI directly to us (scan the QR code on the website or pay to our UPI ID). There is no payment gateway inside the product, and we never ask for your card details or UPI PIN. After we confirm your payment, we activate or extend your plan from our side. Please keep your payment receipt or screenshot until your plan is active.

5. Renewal, cancellation and suspension

  • Your plan runs for the period you paid for (1 month, 6 months or 12 months). To continue, pay again before it expires; we will remind you before expiry.
  • You can cancel anytime by writing to us. Cancellation stops renewal — it does not refund the current paid period.
  • If a plan or trial expires without payment, logins for that workspace are suspended until the plan is renewed. Your data is kept and is restored in full when you renew. Data is deleted only on your written request.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use WorkSathi for anything illegal, to monitor people without informing them, to interfere with the service, or to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software except as we have agreed with you in writing. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms.

7. What WorkSathi does not do

WorkSathi does not record keystrokes, does not track location (GPS), does not handle payroll or salary, and does not process card payments. Screenshots are visible only to the admins of your workspace — agents never see screenshots, not even their own.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running 24×7, and we keep daily backups of your data. The service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data beyond the fees you paid for the current billing period.

9. Termination

Either side may end the service by written notice. On termination, your workspace is closed and your data is deleted on your written request. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will update the date above and inform workspace admins of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
